we will go to james from newark, new jersey on the democratic line. good morning. caller: good morning. thank you, c-span. this is my question. i have been working with washington, d.c., like paul ryan and other people as well on this 20% of taxes on companies in the u.s. ge does not pay 20% eberle, and it was our fault -- does not pay 20% at all, and indeed as ge and a number of other companies. if everyone pays 20%, it would solve this problem. it would solve a lot of other problems as well. in my neighborhood, there are maybe 1000 day workers. they're not getting paid minimum wage. if they got paid minimum wage and they paid 20% stake and federer out of their checks, then they go -- and they paid 20% out of their paychecks, then they would solve a lot of problems. host: do either of these pieces getting to tax incentives to go offshore and then come back? guest: not in detail, but it is an interesting question. there are a lot of people in the business sector who will tell you about -- that people are coming to see that there are many advantages to bringing jobs
